SmokedSmoked meagre stew

Ingredients for two persons:
• 450 g Cromaris smoked meagre fillets
• 500 g potatoes
• 200 g onion
• 1 garlic clove
• 200 ml white wine
• a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper
• 50 ml olive oil
• 200 g tinned tomatoes
• 10 g fresh parsley
Finely chop the onion and add to hot olive oil to fry. Add the tomatoes and garlic, then the potatoes and smoked meagre in alternating rows. Add salt and pepper, pour wine and stock over it, and cook until done.
Fish stew should always be cooked in a wide pot and never stirred. The pot should only be lightly shaken occasionally.
