Ingredients for two persons:
• 100 g Cromaris smoked meagre fillets
• 50 g curd
• 20 ml olive oil
• a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper
• garnish of choice
Season the curd with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Spread the mixture on a baguette (bruschetta) and put pieces of smoked meagre on top.
Bruschetta can be served as a starter.
