Smoked Smoked fish patties

SmokedSmoked fish patties

Ingredients for two persons:

• 250 g mashed or boiled potatoes
• 100 g Cromaris smoked sea bass
• 1 smaller or 1/2 larger yellow onion (or 1 spring onion)
• lemon zest
• 1 egg
If you have leftover mashed potatoes, use them for this recipe. If you don’t, boil a few potatoes and mash them. Leave the Cromaris smoked fish at room temperature for about 10 minutes to develop its full flavor, then remove the skin and chop the fish into small pieces. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Wet your hands with a bit of water or oil and form the patties. Roll the shaped patties in flour and arrange on a flour-covered plate, baking tray, board or baking paper. Fry in a pan in preferred type of oil for about 3 minutes on each side.

Serve the smoked fish patties with salad, on bread, as finger food or in a delicious colourful burger.
