Cromaris sea bream (lat. Sparus aurata) are farmed in the open Adriatic sea, packed in MAP packaging (Modified Atmosphere Packaging). This method of packaging enables to keep freshness and quality of the fish up to 14 days. The fish is cleaned and washed, with removed gut and scales.
