In the beautiful landscape of the sea reserve of the Lim Bay, Cromaris has an organic sea bass farm (lat. Dicentrarchus labrax) where fish are farmed according to strict environmental standards. This farm has been awarded several European certificates for organic production: EU Organic, AB, Bio Siegel, AB and Naturland.
The fish are packed in MAP packaging (Modified Atmosphere Packaging). This method of packaging maintains the freshness and quality of the fish for up to 14 days. The fish is cleaned, gutted, and de-scaled. MAP packaging does not only increase the availability of the product to consumers, but places a once traditional product on the market in an entirely new form with a modern and informative packaging design. Gutted and descaled fish is an ideal choice for quick and easy preparation.
