MarinatedMarinated fillets with seasonal fresh fruit (figs, strawberries, grapes)

Ingredients for two persons:
  • Cromaris smoked sea bass or sea bream fillets 100 g
  • figs, strawberries and grapes, 100 g of each
  • honey 30 g
  • olive oil 0,5 dl
  • a pinch of pepper
 
Recipe:
Strain the marinated fish and cut it into smaller pieces. Cut the fruit into quarters, then add honey, olive oil, a bit of pepper, and serve carefully.
 
Note:
Instead of the suggested fruit combinations, depending on the season, you can also use a variety of wild berries, plums or apricots.
