SmokedCanapé snacks with smoked fish cream

Ingredients for two persons:
  • Cromaris smoked sea bass or bream fillets 100 g
  • cream cheese 200 g
  • olive oil 0,5 dl
  • parsley and garlic, 20 g of each
  • a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper
  • bread
  • garnish as you like
Season the cream cheese with garlic, olive oil, parsley, pieces of smoked fish, then add salt and pepper. Use an electric blender. Cool in a refrigerator, and then spread onto thin slices of bread or toast using a pastry bag.
Commentary: The canapé snacks will look more attractive if you put the spread on bread using a pastry bag.
